Who is responsible

Hosting and technical data

Microsoft Azure delivers and secures this website. Technical connection data, including your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, is processed for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have not configured visitor access-log storage or Application Insights for this static site. Microsoft processes service and security data under its terms; retention depends on the data category and the time needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service and meet legal obligations.

Optional visitor analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, return visits, approximate location, browser language and engagement while this page has focus. We also measure the selected website language, language switches, and clicks on phone, email and directions links. We send the contact method, not the link destination. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; referrers are reduced to their origin. Advertising features are disabled. You may decline without losing access to the website, or withdraw using the footer button. We remember your choice for six months. Reports cover consenting browsers and may be incomplete.

Storage and retention

The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without renewal. GA4 user/event data retention is set to two months, with reset on new activity disabled; deletion follows Google’s processing schedule. This limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports, which may remain available longer.

The essential local-storage entry premiercru-analytics-consent contains your choice, timestamp and notice version, valid for six months. It is used only to apply your choice, not to measure visits. An expired or changed notice requires a new decision. Browser storage can also be cleared in your browser settings.

Providers and international transfers

Microsoft and its subprocessors may process technical data outside the EEA under the applicable Azure processing terms and transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. The Azure deployment region alone does not guarantee that all processing stays in that region.

Google processes analytics data on our behalf under its processing terms. Google receives connection data, including your IP address, and cookie identifiers to provide the measurements described above. Processing may take place outside the EEA, including in the USA. Applicable safeguards include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients and standard contractual clauses where required. Your choices and rights

Analytics relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable cookie rules). You can use the whole website without consenting. Withdraw at any time with the footer button; this stops future collection, removes this site’s analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or erase historical data.

Contact the controller to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need information to locate your data. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or another competent authority. This website makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
